Olympus BH3 Microscope System with Wafer Loader AL100

We have 4 each Olympus BH3 Microscope systems. We can configure the systems to handle up to 8 inch wafers. We also have 3 AL100 Wafer Loaders - 2 each have Micro and Macro Inspection and 1 each has Micro Only inspection. The AL100 wafer loaders can only handle up to 6 inch wafers. If you require an 8 inch loader we can offer one of our new systems.

We can offer the following:

a. Ergonomic Tilting Trinocular heads.
b. Auto Nosepiece can handle up to 5 objectives. We offer 5X,10X,20X,50X,100X,150X Objectives. These are all Bright Field Dark field NEO S Plan ( Except the 150X is a NEO D Plan) objectives.
c. Nomarski DIC is available as an option
d. BH3 units have the optional stand alone push button control pad
e. Systems will be fully rebuilt and come with a warranty.
